What you’ll be doing Owning and driving new business pipeline across the UK and Ireland home care market Running confident, consultative discovery calls and product demonstrations that show what AI-powered care management really looks like Building strong relationships with decision-makers at care agencies, from owner-operators to multi-branch groups Working hand in hand with marketing, customer success and product to convert leads, win deals and sharpen our go-to-market story Managing your pipeline rigorously in HubSpot, with clear forecasting, accurate qualification and real accountability Representing Unique IQ at trade shows, industry events and customer meetings
