About the Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of pupils. Provide one-to-one or small group support, ensuring that all children are engaged and making progress. Assist with classroom management and the preparation of learning materials. Support pupils with additional needs, promoting inclusion and positive behaviour. About You We’re looking for someone who: Has experience working with children in an educational setting (school, nursery, or similar). Holds (or is working towards) a relevant qualification such as Level 2 or Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning. Is patient, positive, and committed to helping every child succeed.
