Strategy Executive
Location: Leeds (Hybrid)

The Role
As a Strategy Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our clients’ success. From your very first day, you’ll work alongside senior experts, gaining hands-on experience across every aspect of trading and strategy. This is a varied role where no two days are the same — one moment you might be deep in data analysis, the next collaborating with a brand on a new product launch.
You’ll support client accounts across:
•Brand communication and relationship management
•Promotional planning
•Market research and competitor analysis
•Content creation and optimisation
•Copywriting that converts
•Reporting and analytics
•Operational processes and forecasting
•Exposure to Amazon advertising
About You
We’re looking for a motivated graduate with up to one year’s experience, ready to take ownership and grow within a fast-paced, ambitious agency. You’ll bring curiosity, sharp attention to detail, and strong communication skills, alongside the confidence to build relationships and contribute ideas.
Excel know-how is important (formulas, lookups etc.), and while Amazon experience is a bonus, it isn’t essential — we’ll equip you with everything you need to succeed. What matters most is mindset.
