We are seeking a dedicated Social Care Worker to join our team at Tigh a Rudha.

You will promote a caring and stimulating environment at Tigh a Rudha, helping residents maintain and develop their lifestyles while always respecting their dignity.
Your responsibilities include contributing to care plans and reviews, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and promoting meaningful activities that keep residents connected with their families and community.
Ideal candidates should be kind, compassionate, empathetic, and have strong communication skills. The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
