Plumbing Assessor
Location: Worksop with travel
Salary: Up to £31.64 per hour plus holiday pay (dependant on experience and teaching qualifications)
Vacancy Type: Temporary until June 2026, 15 hours per week

The Role
You will assess plumbing and gas related aspects of plumbing and heating for apprentices at college & in workplaces. You will review the apprentices with their employer/supervisor and help to prepare and provide support for End Point Assessment.
In this role you can influence and contribute towards the College's provision in this key area. You will have the opportunity not only to impart your knowledge and expertise to adult learners, but ultimately will make an impact on the wider community.
You will play a key role in supporting outstanding quality teaching, learning and assessment which will support students to achieve their best no matter what their challenges are to do so, and present yourself as a positive role model to students.
You will
* hold an assessors award
* hold an appropriate level professional qualification in plumbing and gas
* have experience of teaching/assessing plumbing and heating to apprentices
* hold a teaching qualification (Desirable)
* be well organised and able to manage your own workload
* hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle
