We seek a highly organized and enthusiastic CIPD-qualified HR professional with a strong customer service ethos and experience in operational HR activities, shared services, and recruitment. This role is fixed-term until January 2026 and aims to elevate our customer service experience.
The successful candidate will have a clear understanding of service delivery, performance metrics, and building effective relationships across departments. This role is crucial for providing a modern, fit-for-purpose HR service and fostering a quality performance culture within the University.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily management of the HR team, ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and service level agreements.
* Provide leadership, apply business improvement processes, and maintain high standards of quality controls.
* Develop a customer service ethos aligned with the University’s values.
* Manage a performance framework to meet objectives outlined in the People and Culture Strategy.
