We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Music Teacher to work at a well-regarded and inclusive secondary school based in Brighton. The role starts in September 2025 and will involve teaching Music across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities for A-Level teaching depending on experience.
The ideal Music Teacher will have experience working with a range of musical disciplines, including ensemble direction, digital composition, and vocal coaching. The department benefits from a music technology suite, recording studio, and rehearsal rooms. Students regularly perform in concerts and musical theatre productions, and the school supports trips to professional performances.
Experience and Qualifications
• Music degree and QTS
• Ability to teach Music across KS3–KS4 (KS5 desirable)
• Skilled in performance, music technology, and ensemble leadership
• Passion for fostering creativity and musical confidence in students
• Right to work in the UK
