We’re seeking a talented Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef with Michelin-level experience to join a refined, ambitious Spanish-Mediterranean restaurant in the heart of Bury St Edmunds—a historic market town known for its thriving food scene and countryside charm.
This is a rare opportunity to become part of a brand-new kitchen led by a passionate, professional team with Michelin aspirations.
What to Expect:
1. Modern, casual fine dining with bold Spanish & Mediterranean flavours
2. 20 covers per service, open kitchen concept, intimate guest interaction
3. Dry-aged meats, fresh seafood, and seasonal produce at the forefront
4. 4 double shifts, 3 days off weekly
5. Lunch & dinner service only (no breakfast/late nights)
6. Closed 2–3 days per week
7. Accommodation provided (salary deduction applies)
8. Salary range: £37,000–£42,000 per year, depending on experience

9. Experience in Michelin-starred or equivalent high-end kitchens
