Cleaning the communal areas inside and outside.
Rotating the bins in the bin store and manual handling large bins to the refuse collection areas in a timely manner.
Undertaking regular building patrols.
Duties may include: Hoovering carpets, cleaning any glass surfaces, litter picking, sweeping the courtyard area, compacting large volumes of cardboard and jet washing floors.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience working as an Estate Operative / Caretaker, and ideally have worked in residential blocks or a similar environment before
