Location: Epping, Harlow, Loughton, and Chigwell
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience working with SEND students
Ability to work in 3-hour blocks with students on a 1:1 basis
Comfortable working with children in their homes or neutral settings such as community libraries
Flexibility to commit to the provided timetable, ranging from 4 weeks to termly blocks
Strong communication skills with both students and the organization
Core subject specialisms for both Primary and Secondary levelsResponsibilities:
Provide tailored support to students who struggle to access the full curriculum in a classroom environment
Deliver engaging lessons and activities in line with individual student needs
Ensure consistency and continuity in learning by adhering to the provided timetable
Support students for a maximum of 15 hours per week
