Description
Our client, a long-only asset manager, is looking to hire an Equity Analyst to cover AIM and small/mid cap UK companies.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct fundamental analysis of companies in the AIM market to generate investment recommendations
* Monitor existing holdings and lead the construction and maintenance of portfolios
* Develop and maintain financial models
* Produce written research reports and present new ideas to the wider team
* Present at client meetings and new business pitches when required
Candidate Profile:
* Relevant equity research experience on the buy-side or sell-side in the AIM or UK small/mid-cap space is essential
* Ideally portfolio management experience
* CFA qualification would be highly advantageous
* Intellectually curious and passionate about investing
* Extremely diligent and self-driven
