What you'll be doing?
As a Development Technologist, you'll be involved in the full product lifecycle - from concept through to launch, gaining hands-on experience across both development and manufacturing environments.
You'll:
* Support the delivery of innovation projects for the Mr Kipling range
* Develop new products and improve existing recipes and processes
* Work hands-on in the test bakery, trialling and refining product concepts
* Scale up products onto factory equipment, learning how products perform at production level
* Build knowledge of ingredients and their functionality in cake products
* Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to bring products to market
