IT Support Engineer Hybrid - Cardiff (2 days a week on site) Salary - £30,000 - £33,000 We're working with a well-established organisation in the pharmaceutical sector that plays a vital role in supporting independent businesses across the UK. As they continue to grow, they're looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their team and help maintain and improve their core infrastructure.
This is a broad and hands-on role, ideal for someone with solid 2nd Line Support experience and the confidence to dip into 3rd Line tasks. You'll be the go-to person for everything from server and network administration to user support and bespoke software troubleshooting.
