SHIFT PATTERN Monday - Friday (Tuesday - Saturday every 4th week) Early - 0730 hrs - 1500 hrs Morning - 0830 hrs - 1600 hrs Mid - 0930 hrs - 1700 hrs Late - 1030 hrs - 1800 hrs THE ROLES SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR You will report directly to the Head of Supply Chain and will have the responsibility for all export paperwork in relation to the transportation of our fresh product. Daily duties will include but are not limited to: Checking processing schedule. Checking weather and ferry timetables from Islands and any delays communicated to customers. Ensuring any stock discrepancies are investigated with packing station and transport companies. liaise with transport companies daily and communicate dispatch issues with customers. Reconcile previous days' orders, and invoices and posting to accounts. Completing customer Export declarations, Export health certificates and Certificates of inspection. THE REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate will have: Supply chain experience within the salmon or wider food industry. A high level of accuracy and the ability to prioritise workload. Excellent communication skills. Flexibility during busy periods. TRAINEE SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR Similar to the Supply Chain Coordinator role you will report directly to the Head of Supply Chain. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands on experience in a fast-paced environment, working closely with internal and external partners. You will receive full training and support to develop the skills needed to assist with the export paperwork in relation to the transportation of our fresh product. THE REQUIREMENTS Candidates should be self-motivated, willing to learn, with excellent team working and communication skills. Computer literacy is essential.
