Assistant Site Manager – Brierley Hill (Head Office) Location: Brierley Hill, West Midlands Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Site Manager to join our growing team based from the Brierley Hill Head Office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with site-based experience who is looking to take the next step in their career, working on a variety of construction projects across the Midlands. Key Responsibilities: * Support the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day site operations * Assist in coordinating subcontractors, materials, and site logistics * Help maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality control * Monitor progress, prepare reports, and contribute to project documentation * Communicate effectively with the site team, clients, and management * Ensure works are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with project specifications Requirements: * Previous experience in a site supervisory or assistant management role (main contractor preferred) * Good understanding of construction methods and sequencing * Strong organisational and communication skills * CSCS card essential; SSSTS or SMSTS and First Aid qualifications preferred * Full UK driving licence required Benefits: * Competitive salary and career development opportunities * Ongoing training and professional development support * Chance to progress into a full Site Manager position * Supportive and collaborative working culture
