You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the school, supporting the leadership team with budgeting, staffing, facilities management, and compliance to provide a positive environment for students with SEMH needs. About the role: Oversee school finances, including budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting. Lead HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, and staff wellbeing. Manage school facilities and ensure health and safety compliance. Provide strategic support to leadership on financial planning and resource allocation. Oversee procurement and lead funding applications. What We're Looking For: Experience in school business management or a similar senior role.
