We are a happy and stable team comprising GPs, Nurse Practitioners, and a Paramedic for minor illness and urgent care. Our team also includes Physios, Mental health nurses, and Nurses dedicated to caring for our elderly and vulnerable patients, managing most of our home visits, which results in a low GP home visit rate. Additionally, we have Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, a structured nursing team, and a strong supportive management and non-clinical team. We utilize an effective care navigation system with dedicated slots for vulnerable patients and follow-up/continuity slots. Our clinical team is passionate about patient care, especially for those from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds, working collaboratively to improve health outcomes.
We are committed to reducing health inequalities and collaborate with community partners to holistically improve our local population's health. Bristol is known for its creativity and environmental initiatives, which we embrace at the Old School Surgery.

Work closely with GPs, practice team members, MSK services, and physiotherapy outpatient services to optimize patient care.
We seek an experienced, supportive, and open practice environment, looking for someone with extensive prior experience.
