Sitting within a well-established, highly respected food business, this role focuses on a top-tier, best-in-class proposition, a step up from mainstream, with a clear focus on quality, differentiation and brand storytelling.
You’ll work closely with senior marketing leadership to shape the strategic direction of the brand, driving both growth and long-term equity. This includes identifying opportunities to increase sales and profitability, developing and executing brand plans, and leading innovation and renovation projects that meet evolving consumer needs.
A key part of the role is translating insight into action. You’ll track brand and competitor performance, using data and consumer understanding to refine positioning and unlock new opportunities. You’ll also collaborate closely with agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns and projects effectively.
This isn’t a “business as usual” brand role. The focus here is on building something more premium and distinctive, requiring a more considered, insight-led and strategic approach than traditional high-volume FMCG.
They’re looking for someone with around 3+ years’ FMCG brand marketing experience, ideally within a branded environment and with exposure to the full marketing mix, including NPD. You’ll be commercially aware, confident working with data, and comfortable owning projects end-to-end.
