Associate - Agricultural Property- Cambridge with hybrid working

Role
* Complex and varied work for a wide range of clients nationally, advising on a broad range of agricultural matters
* Manage and run, acquisitions and disposals of farmland, estates and assist with diligence on strategic land projects whilst having a working knowledge of the relevant tax issues involved
* Offers high client exposure and responsibility from the outset
* Play an active role in business development activities
You
* NQ+ solicitor
* Experience of Agricultural Property or Real Estate experience combined with a passion for developing into Agricultural property
* Proactive and commercially aware with excellent attention to detail
