Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HSQE Manager to lead and manage all aspects of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental compliance within our Rail division, reporting into our Senior HSQE Manager. The successful candidate will act as the Responsible Person for health and safety, ensuring that all operations meet legislative requirements and industry best practices, while driving a positive safety culture across the organisation.

Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Compliance: Act as the Responsible Person for HSQE matters, overseeing CDM 2015 duties (Principal Designer, Advisor, Contractor) and ensuring compliance with industry legislation and best practice.
2. Certifications: Manage and maintain ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001 certifications, SSIP memberships, and RISQS accreditation.
3. Auditing & Reporting: Lead accident and near-miss investigations, carry out audits, site inspections (day and night), and deliver Safety Bulletins and monthly reports to senior management.
