Job Description:
Offering a modern feel and experience aimed at the 'Gen Z' market, this new build hotel is located just outside Manchester airport and is the first of its kind in the UK under the TRIBE brand.
Once complete, the nine-storey, 12,300m2 hotel will feature 412 rooms and suites, a restaurant and bar, and a gym. As a key part of this launch, we are looking to recruit an Assistant Front Office Manager to join the hotel at its pre-opening stage ahead of a September 2024 launch.

A day in the life of…
As Assistant Front Office Manager, you will support the management of the Front Office operation, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience and that all customer inquiries and booking requests are handled promptly, courteously, and efficiently, maximizing revenue streams. You will also support recruitment and ongoing development of the front office team, setting departmental objectives and providing regular feedback.
Based at the Tribe hotel at Manchester Airport, you will be part of a passionate team set to open this exceptional new hotel at Manchester Airport.
What do we need from you?
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience in a hotel front office environment, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for hospitality.
