Teaching Assistant Opportunities in Liverpool!

We are currently recruiting dedicated Secondary Teaching Assistants to support schools across the entire Liverpool region from L1 to L40. Whether you are based in the City Centre, North Liverpool, or the southern suburbs, we have immediate opportunities for you.
Roles type: We offer both long term and day to day supply.Start Date: ASAP or After Easter.
Requirements:
* Solid experience working with children or young people in settings such as schools, youth clubs, or SEN care.
* Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with teenagers and staff.
* A calm, patient approach when handling challenging situations or complex needs.
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).
Key Duties:
* Provide 1:1 and small group intervention support for pupils across KS3 and KS4.
* Assist the class teacher in the delivery of subject-specific lesson plans.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a focused learning environment.
* Adapt learning materials to suit students with diverse educational needs and EHC plans.
* Support the social, emotional, and academic development of secondary-aged students.
* Liaise with the teaching staff to monitor and report on student progress.
* Supervise students during non-classroom intervals and school outings.
