A Line Chef is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while assisting with food cost controls.
* Regular training
* Ensure consistent high-quality food production in line with Hilton standards
* Perform tasks promptly
* Support the Kitchen team
* Prepare and present high-quality dishes within company guidelines
* Maintain cleanliness and prevent cross-contamination
* Prepare mis-en-place for relevant menus
* Assist other departments as needed and maintain good relationships
What are we looking for?
* Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Apprentice Chef
* Positive attitude and good communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Team player with the ability to follow instructions
* Passion to learn and succeed in culinary/hospitality careers
* Love for food and culinary arts
