About: We are recruiting for an experienced Floor Layer to join our clients newly formed Aftercare and Small Works team, supporting projects throughout London and Greater London. Role Overview: As a key member of our Aftercare and Small Works team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality flooring installations, remedial works, and customer service. This role suits a highly motivated individual with strong technical skills, a proactive approach, and the confidence to work independently as well as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Carry out remedial and replacement flooring works as required. Prepare and set up sites for fitting teams. Deliver small flooring projects from start to finish. Conduct measurements when necessary. Liaise closely with the Aftercare and Small Works teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Maintain excellent attention to detail and uphold company standards on every job. Essential Requirements: Fully competent floor layer with experience in contract/commercial flooring. Minimum 10 years' floor-laying experience and 5 years on-site experience. Full UK driving licence. Valid CSCS card. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Excellent telephone and customer service skills. Organised, confident, and friendly with a can-do attitude.
