This position focuses on professional outreach, marketing activity, and customer engagement within a structured, online business environment. The role is conducted within a remote office setting and supports programs delivered through digital platforms and scheduled virtual events.
The Business Consultant will work with approved marketing materials and internal systems to support business growth and customer engagement across permitted regions.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute approved marketing and advertising activities across designated online platforms
* Engage with prospective customers to provide information on leadership and development programs
* Support customer participation in online programs and virtual events
* Attend scheduled company training and professional development sessions
* Maintain accurate records of activity using internal systems
* Communicate professionally with customers and internal team members
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
* Strong professional communication skills (written and verbal)
* A proactive, self-directed approach to work
* Interest or experience in marketing, digital outreach, or professional services
* Confidence engaging with customers in a consultative, professional manner
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience in business, consulting, leadership development, marketing, or professional services is advantageous but not essential.
