The Role
You will carry out:
* Boiler breakdowns and diagnostics
* Servicing, CP12s and safety checks
* General plumbing
* Fault-finding across a range of systems
* Occasional install-related works
* Clear communication with customers
* Accurate job reporting through modern software
Average workload: 6–8 jobs per day
(No unnecessary driving — well-planned daily routes.)
Salary and Bonus
* £40,000 basic salary while on probation, £45,000 there after.
* Uncapped bonus scheme
* OTE £68,600 easily achievable based on realistic performance
* Paid fairly for boilers, materials and upsells
* Company pension scheme
What We Provide
You’ll be provided with a company van, fuel card and full uniform, along with all tools and equipment needed to do the job properly. We use quality materials as standard — no cutting corners. Requirements (All Essential)
* Domestic Gas (CCN1 + appliances)
* NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing and Heating
* Unvented Hot Water
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong diagnostic ability
* Excellent communication and customer service
Preferred but not essential:
* LPG
* Oil qualifications
