HLTA – Enfield Primary School
Start Date: September 2025; Contract: Full-time, Long-term; Salary: £100–£110 per day
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant or Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking for your next step? This Enfield primary school is seeking a confident HLTA to support across KS1 and KS2.
This is a pivotal role where your skills will be recognised and valued. You’ll have the chance to take on responsibilities beyond classroom support, including leading interventions and covering lessons.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting teaching and learning across KS1 and KS2
* Delivering small group interventions in literacy and numeracy
* Covering classes during teacher absence or PPA, using pre-prepared lesson plans
* Working collaboratively with class teachers and SLT to maintain high standards of learning
* Supporting pupils with SEND and helping create inclusive classroom environments

What we’re looking for:
* HLTA qualification or significant TA experience at senior level
