Head Chef : Manchester : GBP 40,000
Were looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead a high performing kitchen in a busy environment. This is a hands on leadership role where youll drive food quality, menu innovation, and operational excellence. Youll be just as comfortable leading from the front, developing fresh, healthy, and creative menus that keep standards high in a fast paced, high volume setting.
This is a Monday:Friday role (7:00am:3:30pm, 40 hours), offering a great work life balance.
What youll be doing as a Head Chef:
Leading a full production kitchen in a busy staff dining environment Leading on hospitality and events Delivering high quality food at scale Supporting and guiding a team Stepping in across all kitchen roles when required Driving menu development with a focus on healthy, innovative dishes Maintaining excellent food standards, consistency, and efficiency
What you need to succeed as a Head Chef:
Proven experience in a Head Chef role (minimum 2 years experience) Background in B and I and corporate catering Strong experience in high volume environments Excellent leadership and team management skills Passion for high quality food and menu innovation Strong knowledge of healthy and contemporary food trends
