You are a detail-focused and commercially astute leader who thrives in complex, high-stakes environments. You bring a structured and analytical approach, with the ability to manage risk while identifying opportunities for improvement. Calm and composed under pressure, you are confident navigating challenging situations and making sound decisions in fast-moving or critical scenarios. You communicate with clarity and authority, building strong relationships with both internal teams and senior client stakeholders. With strong organisational, reporting, and negotiation skills, you bring both strategic oversight and hands-on delivery to everything you do.
