The Opportunity
We seek a proactive HR Business Partner eager for a new challenge to join our HR team. Your role will include providing expert guidance on complex employee relations, overseeing corporate training, leading apprenticeship initiatives, and supporting transformation projects. Your analytical skills and problem-solving ability will be vital in supporting managers and promoting HR best practices across the council.
You should be CIPD qualified with extensive knowledge of employment law, experience managing complex HR cases, and leading transformation and change initiatives. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for influencing and supporting teams across the organization.
