As an Assistant Store Manager at Levi Strauss & Co., you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will represent the brand image and values, working alongside the Store Manager to effectively manage store operations and team.
Key responsibilities:
1. Support the Store Manager in delivering KPIs and implementing profit opportunities.
2. Provide daily and weekly sales targets for the store team to enhance performance.
3. Monitor KPIs and team performance by running reports and updating the Store Manager on action plans.
4. Control costs and manage store operations such as stock, payroll, admin, and rotas.
5. Inspire, motivate, and develop your team through training, coaching, and product knowledge.
6. Take responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
7. Ensure strong visual standards across the store.
8. Passionate about the brand and embodying our values.
9. Possess strong customer service skills and previous experience in leading and developing a team.
10. Experience working towards and driving KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
11. Previous experience managing store operations, stock, and administrative duties.
12. Ability to motivate and drive your team to exceed KPIs.
