* Promote and maintain effective services for clients

* Delegate work appropriately within the wider skill mix team
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who has:
* Currently due to qualify or holds a recognized health visiting qualification (SCPHN)
* Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
