IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN | Circa £36,400 per annum
As the ‘Face of IT’, you will provide first-class IT support to guests and colleagues, ensuring all issues and policies are handled professionally and through proper channels. You should have a strong technical background with experience in a 2nd line support role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Your responsibilities include supporting guest and business Wi-Fi, building desktops and laptops, supporting mobile devices, managing backups, and resolving system notifications. You will participate in the IT Service Delivery rota, providing out-of-hours support for Head Office and villages.

About You
Essential requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume environment
* Experience in a similar IT support role
* Friendly, genuine, and warm personality
* Current full driving licence
Desirable:
* Industry-recognised Service Desk or Microsoft qualifications
Hours of Work
You will work 160 hours over a 4-week period on a flexible schedule, including public holidays and during Christmas/New Year on a rota. Out-of-hours on-call support is required.
