Are you looking for a rewarding job where no two days are the same? Would you like a role that is different from the typical 9 to 5? At Meadow View, we are seeking engaging and positive Support Workers to support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
As a Support Worker, you will provide outstanding support to help individuals live more independent, dignified, and happy lives. We value forward thinkers who can offer new ideas to develop opportunities and skills, such as gardening or cooking nutritious meals.
Support work involves not only within the homes but also engaging with the community through activities like walking, trips to the cinema, or visits to the seaside. Flexibility and open-mindedness are key to supporting diverse interests.
You will have the backing of a strong support network from the Meadow View management team. We are proactive and collaborative, ensuring the best support for staff. No prior experience is necessary; support and training are provided to help you succeed.
Shift patterns for this role:
Earlies: Weekdays 7:30am - 2:45pm; Weekends 7:30am - 1:45pm
Lates: Weekdays 1:45pm - 10pm; Weekends 1:15pm - 10pm
About You
We are seeking Support Workers with a positive attitude, outgoing and caring, yet calm when needed. Experience is not required, but sharing our values is essential. We support your career development through comprehensive training, leading to qualified Support Worker status and further opportunities in care.
