Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the set-up of a new centralised content operations team for our European direct-to-consumer (D2C) business. This role will oversee the launch of this new operation, which will produce all D2C creative content and assets required for the operation of our European D2C channels. The successful candidate will ensure seamless coordination, timely delivery, and high-quality output to meet the launch deadline of 1st December.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning and Execution
* Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan to establish the centralised content operations team.
* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
2. Content Production Mapping
* Outline and optimise the end-to-end content production process, ensuring all D2C creative content and assets are produced on time and to the highest standard.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and technology, to ensure alignment and efficiency.
3. Stakeholder Management
* Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and progress.
* Manage communication across regional subsidiaries and teams.
4. Timeline Management
* Ensure all deliverables are completed on time to meet the 1st December launch deadline.
* Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to mitigate risks and avoid delays.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in a content production or creative services environment.
* In-depth knowledge of the content production process, including ideation, creation, and distribution.
* Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
* Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and content management systems (CMS).
* Experience with Jira is essential.
