A repeat customer of mine is now looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join their team at their state of the art offices in Lancaster. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in finance within an experienced team and would be a great next step for an AAT studier.
Responsibilities
* Processing purchase invoices accurately
* Liaising with suppliers to ensure queries are dealt with quickly
* Keep purchase ledger account reconciliations accurate and up to date.
* Assist the wider finance team with a variety of tasks, contributing to team goals and taking on more responsibility as you grow in the role including ad hoc projects
Qualifications
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Good numeracy skills and advanced Excel knowledge.
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
