Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Valuer based in Camden Town. The Property Valuer will be responsible for conducting property valuations, providing accurate market appraisals, and liaising with clients and stakeholders. The role involves maintaining excellent communication with property sellers, offering professional advice, and ensuring transparency throughout the valuation and sales process. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to deliver a seamless property transaction experience.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Real Estate Appraisal, Property Valuation, and familiarity with relevant market trends
Experience as Estate Agents with a comprehensive understanding of the property market
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster excellent client relationships
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities effectively
