The income from our shops and online platforms play a vital role in raising essential funds for children and families at a time they need it most.

Shop Manager, Woodbridge shop - IP12 1DE
Full-time 37.5 hours per week - Mandatory weekend working on a rotational basis working 5 days over a 7 day week.
Permanent Contract
Salary £28,621 per annum

Are you:
• Passionate about customer service & building community support for the charity.
• An enthusiastic Manager with previous retail experience.
• Able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and commercial awareness.
• Able to demonstrate proven success in achieving sales targets,
Do you have a hands-on approach and the ability to:
• Recruit and motivate a team of volunteers to maximise sales and generate income to support the work of EACH.
• Influence and increase sales and productivity.
Experience of working with volunteers would be an advantage, however this role would also suit a candidate with high street retail experience. As this is a retail post, regular weekend work is required.
