Compensation
Salary:
- Unqualified: Base salary of £27,866.34, with potential earnings up to £33,447.67 including sleep-in shifts.
- Qualified: Base salary of £29,181.57, with potential earnings up to £34,762.90 including sleep-in shifts.

Your Role
As a Residential Childcare Support Worker in one of our children's residential homes, you will:
* Support young people with challenging behaviors, requiring flexibility, resilience, and strong organizational skills.
* Deliver high-quality care that empowers each young person to achieve positive outcomes.
This is a permanent position with fantastic career prospects and comprehensive training within a growing organization. You’ll work an average of 38 hours per week on a 2 days on/4 days off shift pattern, including 2 sleep-ins. Plus, enjoy generous allowances for bank holidays, overtime, and a performance-related bonus!
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills:
* Full manual driving license
* Ability to work independently while maintaining clear, organized records
* Strong interpersonal skills and a positive team player attitude
* Capability to complete daily records to statutory and policy standards
* Empathetic, patient, and supportive nature
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to engage, motivate, and encourage young people
Desirable Skills:
* Experience working with young people
* Level 3 Children & Young People qualification, or a willingness to work towards it (fully funded)
