Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce administrator to join our small, fun team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a solid background in administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
* Oversee and maintain our online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon), ensuring account health and resolving listing issues.
* Collaborate with manager to create product listings, photography, and related content.
* Manage stock value recovery by handling customer and Amazon returns, safety claims, postal claims, and supplier returns.
* Support the import process, including related administrative tasks.
* Provide assistance with daily order processing as required.
* Contribute to the management of company accounts.
Hours of Work
* Full time based on 37.5 hrs a week(flexibility for the right person)
* Monday to Friday, and very occasional Saturdays for which a day in lieu will be given in the preceding or following week at mutual convenience.
* 9am through to 5pm (flexibility for the right person)
* 28 days per year including bank holidays.
Pay
* £26,500 per annum
* Pension – 5% employee contribution and 3% employer contribution
Requirements
* Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is required
* Knowledge of xero, Linworks, Amazon, ebay is advantageous but not mandatory
* A positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced environment
