Your New RoleAs an Engineering Operative within the Final Assembly team, you’ll play a key part in ensuring efficient, high‑quality production. You will work with both power and manual tooling, interpret engineering drawings, and support production targets while contributing to continuous improvement activities across the assembly process.Key responsibilities include:
1. Fault finding and repair across mechanical and hydraulic systems
2. Touch‑up painting and final finishing
3. Assembly line fitting andponent installation
4. Safe and effective use of power and hand tools
5. Reading and understanding engineering drawings
6. Working to production targets and deadlines
7. Ensuring the safe handling and movement of parts andponents
