We are working with a forward-thinking firm that promotes employee excellence and places clients at the heart of everything they do. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Family Law Solicitor to join a busy and supportive team.
They are seeking a solicitor with 3 to 5 years’ post-qualification experience to join their friendly and ambitious team. The firm offers a positive working environment where professional development is actively encouraged and supported.
The role is a full-time, permanent, office-based position based in Enfield.
The successful candidate will work closely with qualified solicitors, ensuring that all family matters are handled professionally and efficiently from instruction through to completion.
The role will involve a broad range of family law matters including:
* Divorce and financial matters
* Private children law
* TOLATA matters
* Family Law Act proceedings
* Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
* Separation and cohabitation agreements
* Advocacy
Typical duties for the role will include:
* Managing family law matters from instruction through to completion.
* Working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services.
* Ensuring all matters are handled efficiently and professionally.
The successful candidate will have:
* Qualified Solicitor with 3 to 5 years’ PQE in Family Law.
* Experience across a broad range of family matters as listed above.
* Enthusiasm for personal development and contributing to team growth.
* A commitment to providing high-quality work with integrity.
* The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
