What Youll Do: Support the Registered Manager in day-to-day operations Lead, mentor & supervise the care team Champion child-centred, trauma-informed care Ensure safeguarding & compliance standards are met Be part of an inclusive, supportive leadership team What Youll Need: QCF Level 3 (Level 5 desirable / willing to work toward) 2 years experience in residential childcare 1 year in a supervisory role Strong leadership, communication & safeguarding knowledge Resilience, compassion & flexibility A nurturing workplace culture Ongoing training & career progression The chance to make a lasting difference
