Junior Creatives work across content creation and creative production and report to our Creative Manager. Creativity is the beating heart of our brand and as a result this role is instrumental in bringing our brand to life for our community. What will you be doing? Working alongside our Creative Manager you will work on assisting the production of campaign and ecommerce shoots from concept through to delivery. Focusing on assets for all of our touch points (Web, App, Retail and Social channels). This could look like: Pre - Production: Concept ideation for campaign shoots, product still life, brand storytelling socials posts and video content based on collection themes. Tailoring ideas to each platform. Location scouting and booking where applicable. Researching and managing model agencies and bookers - carrying out castings and booking talent. Actively looking for new creative partners to work with (Photographers, MUAs, hairstylists etc) Sample management. Production Filming engaging social content. Campaign shoot day assistance steaming, styling & dressing models, returning styling loans when needed. Assisting in art direction (not afraid to get stuck in with prop building / set design when required) Generating behind-the-scenes content on photoshoots. Managing category flat lays & pack shots and suggesting new and exciting ways to curate this content. Post-Production Collating and organising photographic deliverables from shoots, uploading and archiving imagery Populating communication plans with relevant content You will probably already Be comfortable in front of the camera and presenting content (with examples to share) Live and breathe social media trends — if it’s happening on the internet, you’re already on it (and maybe even a little over it). Obsess over art direction, photography, and styling — and youve probably already got a few shoots under your belt. Know your way around a camera and be comfortable creating Video & Stills and turning them in to magic using editing software Collect references and build mood boards constantly— the weirder, sillier, and more unhinged the better. Not need your hand held - You’re self-motivated, proactive, and you make things happen Please note that a right to work in the UK is required for this role.
