Key Responsibilities:
As an Event Manager based around Southampton, you’ll take ownership of event logistics and delivery.
7. Organise the warehouse, stock levels and event equipment
8. Carry out regular stocktaking and ensure equipment is maintained in good working order
9. Pack equipment and transport it to venues using company vans
10. Lead event set-up and manage operations on-site
11. Supervise a small team during live events
12. Oversee efficient pack down and safe return of equipment
13. Support corporate event delivery across the region, including occasional work near Portsmouth
What we’re looking for:
To succeed as an Event Manager in Southampton, strong organisation and a hands-on approach are key.
14. Experience supporting or managing corporate event operations
15. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
16. Comfortable with warehouse organisation and stock control
17. Full UK driving licence and confidence driving company vans
18. Ability to manage a small team during live event delivery
19. Comfortable with physical work including lifting and event set-up
20. Positive attitude and willingness to travel when required
