JDR Recruitment are recruiting for Packers with a pharmacy dispensing qualification for a distribution company based in Blackburn BB1
Key Responsibilities:
* Pack light products products according to batch documentation
* Follow GMP, SOPs, and company quality standards at all times
* Carry out visual inspections of products, packaging, labels, and leaflets
* Ensure correct labelling, sealing, and traceability of products
* Complete all paperwork and batch records accurately and legibly
* Maintain a clean, organised packing area in line with cleanroom / hygiene standards
* Adhere strictly to health & safety, hygiene, and contamination‑control procedures
* Report deviations, defects, or equipment issues immediately
* Work to production targets while maintaining quality and compliance
* Support line changeovers and basic equipment set‑up where required

Skills & Experience Required
Essential
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
* Good level of written and spoken English (for SOPs and documentation)
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
* NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services
Desirable
* Previous warehouse / packing experience
* Experience working in cleanroom or hygiene‑controlled areas
