We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Admin & Marketing Assistant to join our busy team. In this varied role, you will provide key administrative support to the department and assist with the delivery of marketing campaigns and College events. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively will be instrumental in supporting our mission to deliver outstanding service and maximise resident participation. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong administrative capabilities, underpinned by experience working in a busy office environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, alongside proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with a range of digital platforms. A creative flair, coupled with a genuine interest in marketing and communications, is also required for this role. Candidates must be able to effectively prioritise tasks and manage their workload to meet tight deadlines. A commitment to delivering excellent customer service is fundamental to this position.
