Global Service Engineer Our high-value instrumentation (electro-mechanical) industry client is seeking a service engineer. Key duties include: Carry out installation, commissioning, and technical support of products at customer sites worldwide. Deliver both remote and on-site assistance, including troubleshooting, repairs, and the integration of product upgrades. Track and analyse system performance and uptime for deployed and in-house equipment to ensure reliability. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation to improve installation, maintenance, and fault-diagnosis procedures. Requirements:- * Experience in the optical instrumentation or related industry sector * 3-5 years’ experience working in a Product Support team or Service & Repair role. * Experience in a customer-interfacing role.
