Retention & Renewals Manager – 12 Month FTC (Maternity Cover)
Location: Sheffield City Centre (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Anna Maher Recruitment is recruiting for a Retention & Renewals Manager on behalf of a global SaaS organisation based in Sheffield.
This leadership role is focused on driving customer retention, managing renewals performance, and reducing churn, while leading a customer-facing team delivering measurable customer value.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and develop a team of 10–15 customer-facing staff
* Drive retention and renewals strategy to minimise churn and maximise renewals
* Manage renewal pipelines and proactive customer engagement activity
* Monitor performance metrics and improve customer outcomes through data insight
* Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing and Support teams
Requirements
* Candidates must have a background in Retentions or Renewals
* Previous experience managing or leading customer-facing teams
* Experience within Customer Success, Retention, Renewals, Account Management or SaaS environments
* Strong commercial awareness with responsibility for churn reduction and renewal performance
* Excellent leadership and coaching skills
