Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Sales Consultant at Thintech Group, you will be responsible for identifying client needs, delivering tailored IT consultancy solutions, and fostering strong customer relationships. You will provide expert consultation on virtualization, cloud, and enterprise mobility solutions, ensuring client satisfaction. Your daily tasks will include engaging with prospective and existing clients, conducting consultations, presenting solutions, and collaborating cross-functionally with other teams to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Sales Consulting and an understanding of tailored client solutions
* Proven ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction and build positive client relationships
* Excellent Communication abilities, including the capacity to clearly present IT solutions and actively listen during customer interactions
* Experience in Customer Service and a commitment to delivering outstanding client support
* Consulting expertise in IT services, with knowledge of virtualization, cloud, and enterprise mobility solutions
* Skilled in creating and executing strategic selling approaches
* Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred
* Relevant certifications or experience in IT consulting and sales within financial, healthcare, legal, or insurance industries are an advantage
